In January we are launching ‘Soccer Fitness’.
This is a specially designed fitness program that will be done on the pitches, and designed with the ball so that it makes the training fun and enjoyable, while really knocking you into shape.
The training will be designed mainly to get you fit, help you burn off some fat while keeping the heart and lungs healthy.
This is a perfect workout for everyone who prefers to be outdoors and work hard to get their fitness up to scratch.
There will be three levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced, so something for all levels.

During school holidays we will be hosting soccer camps, and holding regular blitz’s to keep an eye on this site for details.
